Volunteer Symphonic Band Rehearsal Schedule
The “One Semester” policy:
Volunteer rehearsals are offered to Symphonic Band students during their “OFF” semester. All volunteers must be registered for one semester of Symphonic Band during the school year. Volunteers receive no grade and no credit for their “OFF” semester, but they are able to prepare the concert music and perform with the Symphonic Band at both the Winter Concert and the Festival of the Arts Concert, plus any other special events that arise (ie. Open House, trips, etc.). This setup guarantees that each student has adequate time over the course of the entire school year to grow with the ensemble.
This semester, volunteer rehearsals run every Wednesday morning from 7:15 to 7:55am in the band room and additional times as needed during Spartan Flex.
