Student Working Papers
Students ages 14–17 must have working papers (employment certificates) before starting a job. You must live in Springfield Township School District to get working papers from this district.
How to Get Working Papers
Once you have a job offer, follow these steps:
- Get the Application
- Pick up an Application for Work Permit from:
Springfield Township High School
1801 Paper Mill Road
Erdenheim, PA 19038 - Or download the application
- Pick up an Application for Work Permit from:
- Make an Appointment
- Click this link to schedule a time
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Bring Required Documents
You must bring:- Completed application
- Proof of age (one of the following):
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Other official proof of age
Important:
- The application cannot be processed without proper documents
- The student must be present to sign the application
Reminder:
You must live in Springfield Township to schedule an appointment
Appointments will be canceled if you do not live in the district
