Library Schedule

The Enfield Library offers a broad selection of the best in children's literature. Kindergarten and first grade students visit the library once a week for forty minutes. The library is open throughout the day for book exchange.

With weekly visits to the Enfield Library, kindergarten, first and second grade students will begin their journey as lifelong readers and learners. In the library, they will listen to stories and participate in extension activities. They will explore the various genres including fiction, nonfiction, biography, fables and fairy tales. We will explore various authors and illustrators throughout the year including Tomie DePaola, Peter Brown and Eric Carle.

The library offers an outstanding selection of books for all interests and reading levels. Students learn about new books with fun book talks, displays and story time.
