Mr. Ben Speicher

Ben Speicher started as the Erdenheim Elementary in 2023. Before coming to the School District of Springfield Township, Mr. Speicher was a principal for 13 years at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools where he founded and led two elementary schools in North Philadelphia. Prior to moving into school leadership roles, Mr. Speicher taught pre-k, 5th grade, and 6th grade in Philadelphia and California. 

Mr. Speicher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Pomona College, a teaching certification from Cal-State Monterey Bay and a Masters in Education Leadership from National Louis University. Outside of school, Mr. Speicher likes to  spend time with his wife, two sons, and two dogs.
