Tech Ticket Update

  • To keep up with the ever-changing world of technology and its related security needs, the tech ticketing system has made some changes.  You will now have to log into the tech ticketing system with a user name and  unique password. 
    If you have created a tech ticket previously, please complete the following steps:

      • If you don't receive the email, check your SPAM folder
    • When email is received, click on the link provided
    • Enter a password, confirm the password and select Reset Password

    Once this process is completed, go back to the Tech Ticketing Link to log in.

    Please note, you will still have to enter the submittal password you have always entered when creating a tech ticket.
