The Office of Teaching & Learning (OTL) supports students and families throughout their educational journey in the School District of Springfield Township.
OTL works with teachers, school leaders, and families to make sure learning is consistent, high-quality, and focused on student success.
What We Do
The Office of Teaching & Learning helps with:
- Designing and improving curriculum (K–12)
- Supporting teaching and classroom instruction
- Providing student supports and specialized services
- Using data and assessments to improve learning
- Offering training and coaching for teachers
- Managing student registration and records
- Helping families navigate school programs and pathways
We work closely with other district departments to support the whole student.
