  • My child left something on the bus. Do you have a lost & found?

    Posted by:

We maintain a lost and found at our transportation office, located at 103 W Montgomery Ave, in Erdenheim (immediately next to Hillcrest Pond).

We encourage you to call (215-233-6095) or email our office prior to visiting, as sometimes drivers keep lost items on board for a day or two before moving them to the lost and found. Additionally, not all vehicles park at the transportation center. Sometimes reaching out to us first can save you a trip.

If you'd like to visit, please be cautious of bus traffic on our parking lot, and never drive behind a vehicle that is preparing to park or depart.

All items are locked securely in our vehicles or building after-hours.

Students seeking transportation to or from charter, private, or parochial school must submit a request for transportation.

  • My family has moved. How can I have my child's bus stop changed?

    Posted by:

If you have not yet done so, please complete a change of address form, and contact Heidi Fallon or Lu Ann McKenna at the Central Registration Office at 215-233-6000.

When you have established proof of residency, your new address will be forwarded to the transportation office for bus stop changes. Please note that stop changes may take up to five business days to process.
