TECH TICKET UPDATE
To keep up with the ever-changing world of technology and its related security needs, the tech ticketing system has made some changes. You will now have to log into the tech ticketing system with a user name and unique password.
If you have created a tech ticket previously, please complete the following steps:
- If you don't receive the email, check your SPAM folder
- When email is received, click on the link provided
- Enter a password, confirm the password and
select Reset Password
Please note, you will still have to enter the submittal password you have always entered when creating a tech ticket.
