Welcome to My Flash Method Page

On this page, I am going to tell you how I do simple animation techniques. For todays lesson, I'll start off with something simple, a frame by frame rotating cube.
1. First, you would set the view. Find the layers window. At the bottom of that window, there should be a toolbar. On that toolbar, there is a button that has a blue box, on top of a slightly less blue box, click it. That is the onionskin tool. It helps you see what was in the frames directly before and after your current frame.
2. Next draw your box. Start with a simple Hexagon, with a vertex at the top and bottom.
3. Connect three of the vertecies like so.
4. Create a blank keyframe. The onionskin tool should help you see where your box was.
5. Then, draw a box that has rotated a little bit.
6. To continue making it rotate, repeat steps 4 and 5 until you feel that it has rotated enough. To see a good end result, go to the flash page.
