Swimming is my favorite sport. I have been swimming since I was four, but I joined swim team when I was eight. Ever since then, I've basically lived in water. I made this animated gif in computer class. However, I would never set a shark on a team that beat mine! :-) |
| I swim for two teams, Oreland Swim Club in the summer and Springfield Aquatic Club in the winter. During SAC's season, you have the option of doing something called USA swimming. In USA swimming, the meets are farther away and more competitive. Through USA swimming, I've been to meets in Delaware, New Jersey, Lehigh, and Penn State. I plan to be on Springfield's high school swim team next year, too. |
| My best stroke is breastroke, and worst is probably butterfly or freestyle. My favorite event is probably 200 (8 laps) breastroke, but I also like the 100. This is one of my favorite swimmers, Katie Hoff, doing breastroke. |
