I've always wanted to fly...

These are a bunch of girls from my team. Yeah, they're all a lot younger than me, mostly 2-4 years younger. I have been doing gymnastics for four years, and I'm in Level 5 at American Athletic Training Center in Montgomeryville. I'm not as good as Lauren...she's a Level 8, or so I last heard. My best event is bars and my worst is either beam or floor. I have lots of power, but am somehow not a good tumbler.

This is a picture at Woodward Gymnastics Camp, which is about 3 1/2 hours from here in Woodward, Pennsylvania, like I mentioned on my homepage. Some professional guest gymnasts come every year, and work with us during our 2 1/2+ hours of gymnastics workout a day. This past summer, 2006, I met Carly Patterson!!! She won the all-around gold medal and a gold medal on beam for the USA in the 2004 summer Olympics. Some other gymnasts I met include Svetlana Boguinskaia (I guess you can tell that she's Russian) and Dominique Moceanu. Woodward also offers BMX, inline, cheerleading, and skateboarding.
