DATES FOR 2006 - 07 SCHOOL YEAR May 15: Completed application packets due in Main Office. There will be a box on the counter. Please do not leave forms in Mrs. Zehner's mailbox in the Professional Library. September 7: Turn in the completed questionnaire you received with your acceptance letter to the Main Office. There will be a box on the counter. Please do not leave forms in Mrs. Zehner's mailbox in the Professional Library. October 3 : Turn in your proposal for your first twenty hours of service (see Forms). October 4: Induction Ceremony at 7:30 pm in the library. All inductees should be there no later than 7:10 pm so that they can be photographed. October 10 : Pick up your proposals from Mrs. Zehner
(room 109, next to the cafeteria) January 4 : Turn in written proof of twenty service hours to Mrs. Zehner (see Forms). January 25: Turn in your proposal for your remaining ten hours of service if this service activity is different from the one(s) you performed in the fall (see Forms). If you are merely continuing already-approved activities, then you do not need to submit a second proposal. February 1: Pick up your second proposals from Mrs.
Zehner, if relevant May 10: Turn in written proof of ten service hours to Mrs. Zehner (see Forms). Note: Students are responsible for turning in proposals and confirmation forms on time. Submitting forms late can put a student on membership probation. See Service Hours for more information.
