Drafting #1500 (1 credit)

Drafting introduces basic principles of technical drawing and expands into orthographic projection, sectional and auxiliary views including use of CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) software. Students anticipating a future in engineering, design or other technical fields should take this course.


Architectural Design #1510 (1 credit)

Architectural Design probes deeper into the world of design. Layout designs required of an architect, engineer, electrician or craftsman would be emphasized. Students design and draw up plans using CAD Software for residential and commercial structures. Prerequisite: A minimum final grade of "C" in Drafting and teacher recommendation.
