Four-Year Course Selection Plan (Grades 9-12)

Use this worksheet to plan your program for the four years of high school. Use the space provided to list the courses, levels and credits you want or need. In completing your worksheet, you should consider your future career and educational plans as well as the graduation requirements of Springfield Township High School. Be sure to discuss your four year plan with your parents and if you have questions or need assistance, see your counselor. Graduation requirements by curriculum area are listed in parentheses. You must complete 27 credits to graduate, and you MUST schedule at least 7.0 credits each year.
