7th Grade - Wellness
The Wellness curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skill foundation necessary to make healthful choices. This curriculum will empower students with the responsibility for his or her own health and well being. The class is based on the belief that developing a balance between the physical, social and mental/emotional components of health is the key to healthy living.
