Step five

You will create a 30 second advertisement in PowerPoint or Alice for the car of your choice. Be sure to include reasons why this is a good choice for anyone. If you use PowerPoint, it should contain between 3 and 8 slides and have custom animation and sound. It will also run on its own, so you will need to rehearse timings. If you choose to use Alice, you will need to use both "do together" and "do in order" control structures. You may use a billboard or 3D text to get your message across.

Make sure your animation:

  • is 30 seconds long (give or take 5 seconds)
  • has a catchy concept
  • provides factual information regarding the car
  • uses the program you chose to best effect
  • includes sound
