Step Four
You now have three sheets of paper that will be put together to give your parents. You will need to create a cover page with a table of contents so they can go right to the page they want to see. Make sure to use tabs and line leaders to create the table of contents. Your cover page should be attractive and colorful, in keeping with your overall color and font scheme. You MUST include your name, class period and the current date. The pages MUST be in this order: Cover page (not included in table of contents), the flyer (page one), the spreadsheet (page two), and the report (page three). Print Out a Rubric - The rubric must be stapled on top.
You will use Microsoft Word to create the flyer, but you may use Fireworks or Photoshop Elements to create an image.

Make sure your cover page:
- has a table of contents with line leaders
- is attractive
- includes an image or graphic
- contains all required information
- is enhanced with a page border or other graphic elements
