Materials may be distributed at School District sponsored events and community sponsored events which are held in schools. Such distribution may be at the entrance to the building or in an interior lobby area. Care must be taken to avoid blocking any entrance or detaining those attending the event. Entrance and exit areas must be kept open at all times. Materials may not be distributed during any meeting or event unless permission has been granted by those sponsoring the meeting.
