906. PUBLIC COMPLAINTS

1.Authority

  Any resident or community group shall have the right to present a request, suggestion or complaint concerning the school district operations. It is the intent of the Board to provide a fair and impartial approach to hearing any such concern.

3.Policy 005 Organizational Chart

 Complaints motivated by a sincere desire to improve the quality of the educational program will be handled in accordance with the procedures established by the Superintendent.  All such complaints shall be submitted in writing and shall be signed by the complainant.  The solution to all concerns shall be governed by the Table of Organization of the district and shall be referred to the lowest appropriate level on the Table of Organization for possible disposition.
