3.Delegation
of Responsibility

The Superintendent or a designee shall prepare
rules governing school safety and the prevention of accidents
and fire, which shall include compliance with the requirements
of state and local agencies and their regulations regarding safety
and fire.
Annually, the Superintendent and the Director of Facilities shall
review all safety guidelines and regulations and recommend for
Board review any changes or additions necessary to maintain the
safe operation of the schools.
