223. Use of Bicycles and Motor Vehicles
1.Purpose

The use of bicycles and/or motor vehicles for travel to and from school by students is the sole responsibility of the student and parent or guardian.

2.Authority

Students are permitted to bring bicycles and/or motor vehicles onto school property in accordance with the rules of the school district.

3.Delegation
of Responsibility

The school principal, under the guidance of the Superintendent, shall develop rules and regulations for the operation of motor vehicles, and parking of bicycles and/or motor vehicles on school property, and s/he shall disseminate those rules to all students in the Student Code of Conduct handbook.
