The Springfield Township Board of School Directors
affirms its commitment to nondiscrimination and its intolerance
of prejudice. In order to promote good human relations, the school
district will ensure that employment, training, retention, promotion
and educational opportunities and programs are provided without
regard to age, race, color, creed, religion, sex, ancestry, nationality
or disability, as required by State and federal law and regulations,
except where such may be necessary by virtue of a bona fide occupational
qualification. The district's commitment to nondiscrimination
and intolerance of prejudice extends to students, employees, prospective
employees and the community.
