The Board shall determine all questions of general
policy for the conduct of the school district. Proposals regarding
school district policy may originate from any source.
All proposed new or amended policies shall explicitly state their
potential contribution in furthering the stated goals of the school
district.
To permit the orderly development of policies, a Policy Committee,
consisting of three (3) members of the Board, shall be appointed
by the President. The Policy Committee shall establish such administrative
procedures as necessary fort the development of policies.
