Governing Body: An elected 9 member Board of School Directors

Collective Bargaining Unit: Springfield Twp. Education Association

Facilities: Swimming pool, TV studio, upgraded instructional media centers, modern science and computer labs, video conferencing, and a fiber optic network with Internet2 connectivity

Academic Programs: Honors, Advanced Placement, Gifted support at all levels, online courses, independent study

Student Support Programs: Peer tutoring, peer helpers, RTI, student assistance teams, academic seminar, two full time school psychologists, nurse in each school, elementary and secondary guidance programs

Community Service: Spartan Serve, Life Experience Education Program (LEEP), Interact Club, social awareness & outreach committees of the STHS Student Council

Communication with Community: 24 hour cable television, e-mail list, district information hotline (informaphone), website, automated calling system, comprehensive annual report mailed to every home in Springfield Township

Athletics: Football, soccer, tennis, cross country, field hockey, golf, water polo, basketball, wrestling, swimming, baseball, softball, track, lacrosse, and more
